What are the requirements to get baby's Passport, to get Chinese Visa (Resident Permit)?

Dear I would like to know that if someone plans to give birth her baby in China.

After the baby is born, you should apply for the baby a passport at the Pakistani embassy. Then go to the local PSB to apply for a residence permit for the baby. When processing the residence permit, the baby's birth certificate, photo, and passport are needed.
