Which is a better ride from Hong Kong Airport to Holiday Inn Express Kowloon East, the bus or MTR?

Upon landing, you can take bus no.E22A at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), get off at Tseung Kwan O Station, Po Yap Road. It takes around 90 mins with the ticket fare of 24 HKD per person.
After arriving, walk north around 200 yards to find the hotel.
