Can I get Z VISA without going back to my country if I have a job offer, need details on the process

I have 5 years of work exp. I am here on resident permit (as dependent of my husband working here)
If possible could you please share the details on the process and how much time it will take

Remansi, it is possible for you get the Z type within mainland. First of all, ask your employer to get a work licnese for you. Then go to the exit and entry administration office to convert your S type to the Z type and renew your residence permit. It normally takes about a week to get the Z type and 15 working days to get the residence permit renewed.
