Take city bus no. 23, 224 or 701 from the pagoda to West Bus Station in around 50min. It costs CNY1-2 per person. Take a bus to Liquan County there. The bus fare is CNY20 and the travel time is around an hour. Upon getting there, you can rent a taxi or car to the museum directly at a cost of CNY50-60. Or transfer to a bus to Yanxia County and ask the driver to drop you off at the museum on the half way.0
