what is the best way to go Regal Oriental hotel from hong kong airport or Kowloon station?

Well, there is no free shuttle bus for you to take.
From the airport, you can take bus no.E23 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), get off at Regal Oriental Hotel, Prince Edward Road East. Then walk north around 270 yards to find the hotel. The wholeway takes around 85 mins with the ticket fare of 18 HKD per person.

From the Kowloon Station, take bus no.11 at Kowloon Railway Station Bus Terminus, and go to Regal Oriental Hotel directly. It takes around 35 mins on the way. And it costs 5.1 HKD per person.
