As I know, in the People’s Park, there are direct buses to the scenic area. The duration is about 2 hours, and the fare for the round trip ticket is CNY50.1

I just went to Urumqi last week and there are no longer buses from the city to Tian Shan. Visitors need to book a tour with an agency.2
