About:Guangzhou - Shenzhen - Hong Kong High Speed Train

What time should I depart from Hong Kong by Meto to catch G1320 Guangzhou to Shanghai

what time would I need to depart Hong Kong by the Metro to to Shenzhen and then by bullet rail to arrive in Guangzhou and then catch the G1302 11:23 servicve to Shanghai?
