how can I reach Ibis Cheung wan and central hotel from the airport ?

Also would love to know about this district in general " Cheung wan"

Upon landing, take bus no.E11 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), get off at Macau Ferry, Connaught Road Central. It takes around 65 mins with the ticket fare of 21 HKD per person.
Then walk west around 330 yards to arrive at the hotel.

This area has many famous shopping streets, such as antiques and medicinal materials. But as I know, most stores close in the late afternoon. So if you wanna visit these places, you need to go early. In addition, many popular restaurants are located in this area. You can easily find one and taste some local foods. Have fun!
