Can a Hepatitis B carrier get the student visa in China?

After medical report my liver and ALT both are normal but my Hepatitis B is positive ....waiting for u r reply

Ullah, it is not explicitly stated that Heptatitis B carriers can't get the student type entry permit, but it will affect your application to a certain extent.
