7 hour air transit in HongKong

Is it possible & practical for me to visit nearest district where tourist can go ?

Yes, it is possible. You can take a taxi to Ngong Ping 360, and you can visit the Tian Tan Buddha. The fare is about hkd200. After a qiuck glimpse, take the taxi back to the airport. You will make it.
