Hi, now i have a q2 visa. If it expired can i renew my in China and convert it long term Q1?

Queenie, if it is expired, you can't use it anymore. And you are overstayed. And it's impossible to change an expired Q2 into Q1 type. Even it isn't expired, you may not do this.
