I would like to travell from Shanghai to Ningbo then Ningbo to Guangzhou. Is this possible?

This route is possible, but there is no hi-speed rail between Ningbo and GZ. If you want this trip a little faster, you can choose to go back to Hangzhou first and then from Hangzhou to GZ.
