s1 visa possible if not married?

Question

I have a Z type and a residence working permit and will stay in China for the next 3 years. Can my Austrian long term girlfriend apply for a S1 and stay with me , even though we are not married yet?

Hey, Stefan, she has a chance to get the S2 type, but as you are not married, I don't think she can get the S1 type. You know, your marriage certificate is required when applying for the S1 type.
