Purchase of Tickets in town and Check-in service.

Hi, would like to know if we can purchase the tickets in Hong Kong Station and do a check-in from there directly?

Well, do you refer to the ticket fare of Airport Express?
If yes, you can buy it at HK Station.
Generally speaking, you can enjoy the pre-check in service as long as you are an airport express passenger. But as I know, a few airlines don't support the service. So it's suggested to consult your airline in advance.
