About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Hi we Australian PR holding a Chinese passport and we like to travel to Macau.

Can you please advise us on what permit we need to apply and how to apply? Also our friend is Australian citizen, does he need one to go to Macau?Thank you.

Hey, as you hold Australian PR, you can visit Macau for less than seven days without the entry permit. If seven days are not enough for you, you can extend the stay duration at Macau immigration office five days before your allowed stay duration runs out. As for your friend, he/she can stay in Macau for no more than 30 days without the entry permit.
