send parcel from china to singapore using singpost.

I've phase an order for my goods from china & the tracking No,given to me RPxxxxxxxxxSP
I suspect that this is an invalid tracking given to me.
That is why i'm asking,Do it be possible to send parcel using Singapore post in china?
do anybody know please, provide me with an answer?
