Thanks Bob for your swift response, I have tried almost all the numbers on this website, but non is picked, I had resorted to sending someone at their offices in Dar Esther salaam to make an appointment for me as am far away from the embassy, about 700 km. but I will try this number 0754580218 which seems like a mobile line . Thanks for your help.0
