Me and my wife would like to travel to China on a tourist visa can u pls help me what are the documents require and where to submit , can we go ourself to submit the documents and where in Delhi

Thinlay, you should go to the CVASC center in New Delhi to submit the application. The address is 2nd Floor Southern Park, D-2, Saket District Center, Behind IFFCO Sadan, New Delhi. You can go there on your own or ask someone else to submit the application for you. Each of you should prepare a set of application documents, including your passport, a photocopy of the passport's info page, a filled application form, a recent photo, a pesonal written statement, round-trip tickets and hotel booking records.
