baby born in china

i want to know.if.my wife have born new baby in china what is his situation,does my baby have any right to get the chinesse nationality or resedence or pasport
to u information i have the resedence in china

Farid, if your wife and you are both foreigners, your baby cannot get the Chinese nationality.
