Single or multi entry

Hi, I am traveling to hongkong from Johannesburg and visiting Shenzhen and Guangdong province. Do I need separate visas or multi entry type or will a single entry type suffice. If I enter Shenzhen on 2 or 3 occasions or commute between Hong Kong and Shenzhen will I need a single entry or multiple entry type.

Hi Suren! The entry pemits for Hong Kong and mainland China are different. As you hold South African passport, you can visit Hong Kong without the entry permit for a stay less than 30 days. As for mainland, if you want to enter and exit repeatedly, you should apply for a multiple entry type.
