You can take the airport shuttle bus E11 to Jardine House, Connaught Road near Central Station. Then you can walk to the peak tram station at Garden Road, where you can take the tram to the peak.

Thank you for your reply. How long will it take to get there via bus? Or would this be after I take the AE. Which will be the ticket I need to book as I need to come back to the airport in a couple of hours on the same day. We will be 3 adults and 2 children under 12. Is there somewhere I can leave my hand luggage? Thank you for your help. Regards J

It takes around an hour by bus. To save time, it is best to take AE to HK Station and walk through an underpass to Central. Further head for the Garden Road to take the peak tram. The whole way takes around half an hour.

And you will have a round trip from/to HKIA and you are traveling in a group. You can buy the group ticket packages on AE, while it only has single trip tickets. For details, you can search on the official website of HK MTR.

There are left-lugagges counters at HKIA, so you can store your luggage there.
