About:China Customs Declaration

Do I have to declare salted fish, sauce made of peanuts, drop ( dutch candy ) and a kind of cake?

The salted fish is forbidden to be taken into China. Other items are fine and you don't declare them. But it is best to take them in check-in luggage.
