I'd like to visit the Panda Garden at Lou Guan Tai in October2015. Will it be open?

Well, I'm afraid that you cannot see the pandas recently due to the recent outbreak of distemper in the pandas in this area. But I'm not sure whether it will open in October or not.
You can keep close attention on this.
