About:Exit Regulations of China
can I take out of China incense, dried rosebuds, tea, packaged spices, jars of sauces, dried fruit

Kate, I think you can bring them out of PRC. However, I don't know if your customs allows incense and dried rosebuds to enter. Other things are fine.
