sierra Leonean outdide Sierra Leoneean also affected by the Ebola crisis to travel to China?

Dear sir /madam ,
Am Sierra Leonean who base in Gambia I have traveled to china twice for business purpose. I have applied for chinese visa just resently with all necessary document unfortunate my document is handover to me without any reason started.

Aminata, Ebola crisis could be the reason. However, there might be some other reasons too. You know, the consular office reserve their right not to tell why your application was refused. I don't know if you have valid resident permit in Gambia. Those who apply in the third countries are usually to provide their legal stay proofs.
