Oh, you can take airport shuttle bus to get to North Railway Station first. The duraion is about 35 mins.
Then take the bullet train to go to Quanzhou Railway Station directly. It takes around half an hour on the way. The ticket fare of first class seat is CNY24.5 and second class seat is CNY20.5.
