How to cancel work permit and residence permit?

Hi
I am working in Shijiazhuang from last month on work permit . But i'm not satisfy with my job so i want to cancel the contract , as it is a probation basis. What is the process to cancel, as my employer don't agreed for cancellation .

Sam, if your employer doesn't agree, then you may not be able to find a new job easily. You know, even you are able to find another job, you still need to acquire the release letter from yoru previous employer so that you can renew your resident permit. If you fail to maintain a harmonious relationship with your previous employer, then he/she may not give you the release letter. As a result, you have trouble in starting your second job.

Thanks Sandy for your information. But in my contract we have a condition that either me or my employer can cancel the contract within probation basis. But i don't know how to cancel my work permit and residence visa.

You should first quit this job and ask your employer to cancel the work permit. Then you can find another job and get a new work permit. Next, renew your residence permit. Remember you should also ask your employer to give you the release letter. If he is not willing to cancel your work permit or give you the release letter, you can seek for help from the local labor bureau.
