About:Embassy & Consulates of India in China

Sagar from India, For Working Visa.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

i wish to apply for an Z type in china, but i dont have my degree certificate (havent complete graduation). is there any other way to apply or is there any other better option to get the Z type? the company in which i want to work is a respected and genuine company and wills to support me.

current education "10+2"
Languange known: English, Hindi, Marathi & Chinese (Mandarin)

Sagar, you should apply for the work permit before you apply for the Z type. It is issued by local labor bureau. According to what I know, many applicants are required to provide their bachelor's degrees (at least) and two years working experiences. Perhaps, you might as your employer to figure out if it is possible to acquire the work permit without the degee certificate. If the labor bureau doesn't agree, then I am afraid that you may not be able to acquire the Z type.

Thanks, I have the work permit and the working book already, and 'z' type from india already, i just went apply for 1 year woking type in local visa office i dont know why they started asking for other documents for them, as per my information and few people who i know working in china from 5 to 10 years, they told me that office dosent ask for any other documents rather that my work permit my 'z' type and working book.
