Me and my girlfriend are having an 18-hours transfer time in hong kong airport from about 15.00 on 22nd of july to 09.00 on 23rd of july.We are thinking about going ito HK centre to do som turisting. Can we come back thrue security and into the airport late at night? We are planning to stay the night inside the airport.

Yes, your plan is fine. Airport shuttle buses and Airport Express can take you to the downtown for sightseeing. You can go to Tsim Sha Tsui/Avenue of Star, Mong Kok, and Central for fun. After that, use the same way back to HKIA to stay there overnight. It is fine to stay in the waiting hall. Also hourly lounges are available there for your choice.
