About:Leshan Giant Buddha

Boat ride for Giant Buddha

Looking at the map which is the starting point to take the 40 min boat ride and does the ride commence and end at the same port?
I count at least five docks which is why I am confused

Oh I know. The boat’s starting point and ending point is the same port, Leshan Port.
The boat will only stop under the giant Buddha for 15 mins for taking photos. Apart from this, it will not stop at any docks.

Thank you. I read terrible reports on Tripadvisor that the boat positions itself so that tourists do not have direct view of budha and only boatmen take pictures full frontal of the budha and people have to pay extra to get good view. One review says boatman are extorting tourists. Perhaps there are several boats, yachts, speed boats. I do not know
