About:China Postal Service

How can I contact customs in Beijing to see if my package arrived in China?

Tracking shows it left the states in April. My buyer claims she never received it and received a full refund because I couldn't prove it was delivered to her. I'd like to check with Customs to see f they received it and released it to China Post for delivery. US Tracking # is LK122650195US It was sent first class international mail.

Kate, you can contact them by dialing +86-10-12360. I tried to search in China Post and EMS's tracking systems but got no result.

Lisa, you are suggested to contact the delivery agency to find out whether they have sent your package or not.
