Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Entity

I have got invitation letter from our company to attend a training for 3 days. But there is a requirement to provide "Original Invitation letter (compulsory) attested from the Chinese Authorities Unit "MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS CHINA"." I contacted my company to assist in this regard, but HR department apologize that i have to arrange myself using the colleagues' contact from China.

Being a Pakistani, how come I arrange such certificate from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC, I don't have resources/contacts in this regard. I have formal invitation and other requirements ready.

I have approached few of the local travel agent, but they are demanding US$ 700-1200 for arranging the invitation letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC. Please help in this regard as i cant afford such an amount.

Vicky, so I think you can ask the organizer of the training in China to help you to get this letter. They can apply for it at the provincial or municipal foreign affairs office.

@Nelly, thanks for your response. Actually, our company is organizing the training, there is no 3rd party conducting the training. And, i got the reply from Hr that it involves payments and related processes so i should seek help from colleagues based in China.

It's my Bad luck for this training :(
