What is the shortest route of D or G trains from Guangzhou to Jinjiang(fujian) ?

Yes, there is no direct train from GZ to Jinjiang, you are suggested to take a high-speed train to Chaoshan Railway Station first, and then take a connecting train to Jinjiang. Just search the timetable and the fares on the train page of this website. I believe you will get some insight.
