Hi Derek! The APEC card can be used as a multiple-entry visa valid for three years. If the information on the card is consistent with your particulars on the passport, you can enter with the APEC card and each allowed stay duration is not longer than two months.

Thanks Gary for your input. I called the Chinese consulate yesterday in Los Angeles and they said that China needs to be listed on the back of the card. I confirmed that the US does not list any countries on the back. Does your card have countries, or China listed on the back? If not, were you able to enter?

Thank you.
