Longji Rice Terraces and Hiking from Yangdi to Xingping

I am going to Guilin in about two weeks' time on a free-n-easy trip plan. Would very much appreciate it if anyone who has recently been there send me the following info:

1) Longji Rice Terraces: please send me some recent photos of the LRT scenery. My email chengkamworhotmail.com or WhatsApp. When is the earliest bus from GL tor LRT?

2) Yandi to Xingping Hike : Any personal safety issues if two person go on this hike without a guide? When is the earliest bus from GL to Yangdi?

If you are skilled hiker, it will be safe. The direct bus to Yangli leaves at 08:00 from the General Bus Station near local main railway station.
