Hi Milton! If your employer or the labor bureau informs this to the exit and entry administration bureau, it's likely that they will cancel your residence permit. To play safe, you have two choices. If you intend to continue to work in China, you must look for a new employer and get a new work permit. Then renew your residence permit. If you don't want to work any more, please go to the exit and entry administration bureau to cancel your residence permit and get a one-month exit visa. Then you should leave in the month.
