Public lliabraies and drama theatres in Wuhan

Are there any public libraries having english newspapers and magazines and also drama theateres near Ning Kang road (or near sports centre)

Yes, you can go to Jianghan District Library. It's located at No.275, Xinhuaxia Road, Jianghan District. You will find some English books and newspapers there.

About the theater, there is no one nearby Ning Kang Road. So you can go to Caidian Theater. The address is No.163, Caizheng Street, Hanyang District.
