Ian, China does not issue such kind of entry permit, except in Hong Kong and Macau.

There is only one visa for working on the mainland of China and that is a Z type, but a Z type is for skilled workers that have a degree and will apply to work in that field. Nanny's and Maids do not fall under this category. In 2010 after the Medoza crisis China stopped the practice of allowing Filipinos to work as Nannys because it was stealing the jobs of local Chinese nannys.
