About:Harbin Ice Festival

I'am planning to go to Harbin from December 19-30, I'm just wondering if it snow during these dates?

Well, according to the previous weather statistics, it's possible to snow during that period of time. The climate is extremely cold. You need to bring thick overcoats, sweaters, boots and scarves in order to keep warm.
