is there any direct bus from Nanning airport to train station or bus station ( to Kunming)

Yes, upon landing, you can take airport shuttle bus line 1, get off at the railway station. The ticket fare is CNY 20 per person.
There are several trains that can take you to KM. The duration is 12 to 13 hours.
