Can I get a Visa on Arrival at Guangzhou East Railway Station I am British with UK Passport

Hi
I understand I can get a VOA at Guangzhou East Railway Station, I am British with full British Passport. Does anyone know if this is available and is there a length on staying or travelling elsewhere in China on this VOA if granted.

Currently stuck in Hong Kong as arrived today and found my current one has expired.
