we will arrive Hong Kong on 12th September until 16th September.

When is the best date to go to Ocean Park & Disneyland?

Well, it suggested to avoid going those two places on weekends because there will be lots of people. So you can go there on September 14 and 15.

Yes, this period of time is ok for you to visit these two places. There is holidays and there won't be croweded people on weekdays.
