About:China Private Visit Visa

Is it possibke to approved my visa if I have an invitation letter made by my girlfriend?

My girlfriend is a chinese but im from philippines and I want to visit her by a week only because I need to gave it back my passporr to agent because im working as seafarer and im leaving by augost to join the shio in spain.

Romano, she has to send you the invitation letter and a copy of her Chinese ID card. Then you can use them to apply for a L type. If you come to visit PRC for the first time, then you should provide financial proofs, such as recent six months bank statement.

How if I cannot provide the bank statement but I got already the invitation letter and chinese ID from my girlfriend

Romano, that's what the Chinese embassy requires. If you can't provide the bank statement, then you should ask your girlfriend to write a letter of explanation, in which she promises to cover all your expense after you arrive.
