About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Hello. I have studied this year in China and my visa allows me to stay until the 31st of July.

Although, I would like to spend the whole summer there to travel. Can I apply for a new tourist type before the end of my student type? Or should I wait the very end of my student type to apply for the L type? Thanks

Simon, you can try to apply for a L type from local entry and exit management bureau 7 days in advance before your X type expires. Usually, its duration should be 30 days.
