Ishie, you can apply for a HK entry permit which allows you to stay for more than 14 days. You should prepare your passport photocopy, application form ID 1003A, round-trip flight tickets copy, a recent photograph, financial standing proof photocopy, and a photocopy of your relationship certificate with your mother. Your mother should prepare the application form ID 1003B, photocopy of her HK ID card and her passport. Then ask your mother to submit all application documents to the HK Immigration Department.

You just send the documents to your mom and ask her to submit the application for you to the HK Immigration Department before you travel there.
