can i get chinese tourist visa in sofia on 5 days?

I am Bulgarian citizen currantly living in Armenia, have valid passport and ID card. I will be in Sofia on July and want to apply for Chinese tourist type in Sofia for October. I have only 5 working days in Sofia. Can I get one during this period? May be I need to send application form via e-mail priorly ? Or to pay additional fee for express service? As I understand, is it free of charge for Bulgarians to apply?Thank you in advance

Mariam, it's possible that you can get it within five working days. If the time is not enough, you can use express service by paying additional fees. I'm afraid the embassy charges fees for Bulgarians now. The fee is probably 80 dollars.
