Is it possible to get entry from Nathula pass(sikkim,India) to Lhasa(TAR,China) ?

Yes, this way can lead you to enter Lhasa. But you need to join in a travel agency first.
They will apply Tibet Travel Permit for you. Then you are allowed to enter and tour around.
