can I go back in philippines while waiting blue card?

I am jhoana. my visa will be on process, how long do I need to wait? I am in Macau now, can I go back in Philippines while waiting the blue card?

Jhoana, if everything goes well, you only need to wait for five working days. During the time, ii's OK for you to go back to the Philippines.
