About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Timing requested for to apply for Chinise Visa in Kinshasa

Hi I am a Congolese (DRC) living in Ituri, I applied through a friend living in Kinshasa two months ago precisely mid April 2015 until today 22 June 2015 I am still waiting to get that. is this normal? why is it taking too long? I wish to get my passport back so that I can plan otherwise. Is this possible and whom can we contact? kindly note I submitted all the required documents and money for my application.

This is not normal. The process usually only takes four working days. You had better ask your friend when did he submit the application for you. If he indeed submitted early in April, then you can call the embassy and ask about details. Its number is 00243-851474669. If your vise is being processed at the moment, you can still get back your passport, but your application will be failed and it's likely that your money won't be refunded.
