australian passport entry to shenzhen - how much validity on passport required?

Is it possible to enter Shenzhen on an Australian passport for 5 days with a passport with only 5 months validity?I notice that to Enter China requires 6 months and Hong Kong 2 months validity.

Hi Bruce, the six-month validity is required when you applying for the Chinese visa. It's not required when entering China. Anyway, I advise you to confirm this with Shenzhen port office by calling this number: +086-0755-83394325
